Shipping Information

We freshly roast all coffee to order to ensure it arrives at its best.

Orders are roasted and despatched Tuesday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be roasted and despatched the following week.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, so you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been despatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 1–2 working days from despatch
  • Highlands & Islands: 2–4 working days from despatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, bank holidays or due to delays with Royal Mail.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on larger orders or subscriptions where stated

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, your coffee will be freshly roasted and despatched on your selected schedule using the same tracked service.
