Returns

As all of our coffee is freshly roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

For hygiene, food safety and freshness reasons, we operate a strict no returns policy on all coffee products.

We take great care in roasting, packing and checking every order before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it.

Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

We want you to be happy with your order, so if there is ever a problem, please get in touch and we will make it right where possible.
