This is roasted a little slower, longer and darker to release full flavours of dark chocolate, nuts and a sweetness of maple.

Espresso: use a 18gm/28–32seconds extraction time/40ml as brew ratio guidelines.

Filter: use 70gm/ltr and leave to steep/brew for 4 minutes.
