Its Christmas! The Roastery has not stopped for the last 3 weeks, making sure all our customers are fully loaded with coffee beans just before we take a break for Christmas and New Year.
In the meantime, we’ve blended a delicious ‘Christmas Coffee’ using a Monsooned Malabar which is full of spice but toned it down with a Nicaraguan Estelli, which adds a certain dried fruit sweetness and flavours of almond to finish, perfect for a Christmas morning French Press. (use 65gm/ltr as a guide).
